I have been hunting and trapping my entire life. I was born and raised in San Saba County on a working cattle ranch where I spent any free time I had hunting, trapping, and enjoying the great outdoors. After I graduated from San Saba High School, I spent 4 years at Tarleton State University earning a degree in wildlife management. It was during these 4 years that I began guiding big game hunts across Texas and fell in love with it. After college I guided whitetail and exotic hunts on different ranches from deep south Texas up through the Texas hill country. I eventually ended up working for a large hunting outfitter which allowed me to travel all over the great state of Texas guiding for multiple species of animals for the last 15 years. This experience and love for the outdoors and hunting is what led me to start RPG Adventures. I would love the opportunity to earn your business, and I will work hard to provide you with one of the most enjoyable hunting adventures of a lifetime.

Tim “Barbary” Bailey is the man you want with you when you're on that once in a lifetime hunt after the animal of your dreams. I have had the pleasure to share camp with many guides over my professional career and few, if any, bring a drive and love of hunting like Tim. Tim is a dedicated and experienced hunter with over 16 years in the field chasing elk, deer, antelope, and aoudad. He brings a very well-rounded skill set, strong communication, and a motor that never quits on every hunt. He stays focused, adapts quickly, and is always thinking one step ahead. As a guide Tim's priority is giving every client the best opportunity possible while creating a safe, professional, and memorable hunting experience. He understands that success comes from preparation, patience, hard work, and the ability to make the right call when the moment arrives. Whether the hunt requires covering tough country, all day behind the glass, or overcoming challenging conditions, he is committed to seeing it through and giving his clients everything he has.
